Terms and Conditions
- Bookings can be made by phone using Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa
or American Express or by mail with a cheque or money order.
- A minimum deposit of $100 is required to confirm a booking for
accommodation. ($200 in peak season)
- A minimum deposit of $50 is required to confirm a booking for
a site. ($100 in peak season)
- The balance of the tariff must be paid on arrival. The management
reserves the right to cancel bookings not paid in full at check
in. No Cheques will be accepted upon arrival.
- Eftpos available, Sorry no cash out.
- No pets are allowed on the premises as the park is a sanctuary
for native birds and animals.
- Minimum booking of 2 nights over weekends throughout mid season.
- Minimum booking of 7 nights running Saturday to Saturday over
Christmas school holiday period.
- Minimum booking applies over long weekends and other school holidays.
- Visitors should check with reception before entering the resort.
If staying overnight they must be checked in.
- Tariffs and deposits are non-refundable if your stay is cut short.
- Cancellations must be received in writing four weeks prior to
arrival date. A $22 cancellation fee applies. The total deposit
will be lost on cancellations made within the four weeks prior
to arrival date.
- The management makes every effort to give early bookings the
highest priority, however we do reserve the right to relocate or
change the site number after booking if deemed so necessary.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
